Monday Properties Elevates Longtime Leaders to Guide Next Phase of Growth

Monday Properties is proud to announce several key leadership appointments that underscore the firm’s long-standing culture of promoting from within and ensuring continuity in leadership. Each of these individuals has been an integral part of Monday Properties’ growth over the past decade, and together, the six-person leadership team brings a combined 167 years of real estate experience. On average, the team has worked together for approximately 15 years—reflecting the deep institutional knowledge, collaboration, and shared vision that define Monday Properties.

As part of this initiative, Monday Properties has established a new C-suite structure with the following appointments:

Anthony Westreich, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner 

Tim Helmig, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Partner 

Jennifer Burns, Chief Operating Officer

Adam Carr, Chief Investment Officer

Ariel Cohen, Chief Financial Officer

Since its founding in 2002, Monday Properties has completed over 130 property transactions totaling 37 million square feet and $17 billion in capital value. Today, the firm oversees a portfolio of 8,000 multifamily units under management and in development as well as 2.5 million square feet of office space.

Building on its legacy of success, Monday Properties continues to pursue opportunistic investments across high-growth markets and asset classes. The firm’s experienced leadership team is united around a forward-looking strategy that delivers modern, flexible spaces meeting the evolving needs of tenants while creating lasting community impact.
