Anthony has overseen the growth of Monday’s footprint. Today the company owns and operates over 5 million square feet of commercial office and 6,500 multifamily units.

Steve LeBlanc is a board member of Monday Properties, Michael’s stores, and the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is Chairman of the Board of 35 South Capital and Affordable Central Texas. Additionally, Mr. LeBlanc is Treasurer and a member of the board of The Headliners Club in Austin, Texas. He also serves on the advisory boards of Blue Sage Capital, Capital Creek Partners, SineCera Capital and The Barvin Group. From 2012 to 2021, Mr. LeBlanc was a founding partner and senior advisor to CapRidge Partners, a fully integrated real estate and private equity operating company focused on value investments in commercial properties within U.S. growth markets. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. LeBlanc was the senior managing director of private markets, overseeing the real assets, private equity and principal investments portfolios at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Mr. LeBlanc serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin, where he has also formerly served as an adjunct professor. Mr. LeBlanc has a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, where he is the Associate Director of the Real Estate and Finance Council.
David Robertson is the CEO & Chief Investment Officer of FrontRange Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm specializing in investments that participate in GP economics at the operating platform and property levels. Mr. Robertson has over 20 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $15 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company, a publicly traded multifamily REIT with more than $10 billion of assets. Mr. Robertson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA charterholder.
