Monday Properties was formed in 2002 and has roots dating back to the 1950’s through its predecessor firm Westfield Realty. We are a national company with a strong foothold in several key markets across the east coast, including the greater New York City and Washington, DC areas, as well as strategic submarkets in the Southeast. We specialize in repositioning, developing, operating and leasing institutional grade office, multifamily and mixed-use properties.
