Stephen Corrigan

Stephen has over 28 years of institutional experience working with companies such as Blackrock, SSR Realty Advisors, and MetLife. He has experience in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Stephen is responsible for all asset management duties including leasing, capital projects, and financial management.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Stephen provided advisory services through SFC Consulting, including investment advisory, asset management, due diligence, and more. His clients included SAS, GLG, and Strategy Property Associates.

Stephen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a Master’s in real estate. He also completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in finance.
