Kenny Marines

Kenny leads asset management, overseeing Monday Properties’ office and multifamily portfolio. He is responsible for directing execution of the investment strategy for all properties in the portfolio and managing investor and lender relationships. He supports acquisition efforts, performing due diligence and assessing new business and potential disposition initiatives. Kenny also leads the firm’s transactional activities, including lease transactions, financing, refinancing and recapitalization efforts. Kenny and his team serve as the “Client” to all business lines at the firm, and in that role are charged with driving portfolio performance and maximizing investment value.

With a rich background spanning two decades of multi-disciplined real estate experience, coupled with leadership roles at RXR Realty and Tishman Speyer, Kenny has consistently delivered results. He has spearheaded the development of asset management platforms, executed strategic business plans and managed cross-functional teams of real estate professionals. His ability to inspire high-performing teams to achieve business objectives has left an indelible mark on the real estate landscape.

Kenny is a graduate of Williams College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
