Grant Towles brings a comprehensive background in asset management and strategic portfolio optimization to his role at Monday Properties. He has a proven track record of driving financial performance and executing value-add strategies across diverse property portfolios. At Monday Properties, Grant works closely with the acquisitions, development, leasing, operations, construction, and accounting teams to drive performance and support the company's growth objectives in the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining Monday Properties, Grant served as an Asset Management Associate at Greystar Development Group in Charleston, SC. In this role, he analyzed finances and planned strategy for 20 residential properties of various types – from the pre-development stages through full lease-up. Earlier in his career, he was an Acquisitions and Development Associate at The Hallmark Companies in Atlanta, where he focused on sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily transactions across the Southeast.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
