Chris Wiederhold

Chris is a key driver of Monday Properties’ strategic growth focusing on sourcing and capitalizing multifamily assets and land for development in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions. In this role, he collaborates with Monday Properties’ asset management group and is actively involved inground-up development initiatives as well as the acquisition of existing multifamily assets. His ability to identify acquisition targets, create deal flow and build relationships in target markets is instrumental to the expansion of Monday Properties’ multifamily platform.

Chris brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in multifamily acquisitions and asset management to Monday Properties. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked as a Senior Manager for Highlands Vista Group where he focused on the acquisition and asset management of apartment properties throughout the Southeast. Throughout his career, Chris has transacted on 61 properties, encompassing over 12,000 units and deal value of nearly $1.4 billion.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Richmond, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
