Austin Merkley

Austin oversees all IT initiatives for Monday Properties’ regional offices as well as the entire property portfolio. He is responsible for the successful implementation of technology efforts, including the research and ultimate rollout of new prop tech initiatives. His team manages the firm’s data flow and services, the expansion and support of over 50 networks, and the deployment and ongoing support of over 200 tech services. Austin directs all cybersecurity and data continuity measures to ensure seamless incident response systems.

Prior to Monday Properties, Austin was a manager and Department Head for many years at Salt Lake Legal, a firm that provided eDiscovery, electronic scanning and archiving, and duplication services for law firms.

Austin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah studying International Relations.
