Aileen Cahill

Aileen manages employee relations and development, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, management coaching, and facility operations.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Aileen held a leadership role as a Human Resources Manager at Tishman Speyer where she was responsible for Human Resources operations on a global scale.

‍

Aileen is a graduate of Baruch College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in human resources management. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management within the Washington, D.C. metro area.
