Adam is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and developments as well as overseeing and managing dispositions of the firm’s investment portfolio.
Adam has overseen the firm’s rapid growth in the residential market, spanning along the East Coast from the broader New York City metro area into the Southeast. As a leader, he has been invaluable to the firm in bolstering their efforts to expand into high-growth markets with thoughtful investment strategies.
Prior to joining Monday Properties, Adam was a Senior Manager at the U.S. subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation in New York, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s investment portfolio in Washington, D.C., Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and California. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $3.2 billion of transactions across various asset types and geographies representing over 5 million square feet of commercial office and 2,700 multifamily units.
Adam is a graduate of Marist College and earned a master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
