Located in Rosslyn, Virginia, just minutes from downtown Washington, DC., 1401 Wilson Boulevard, along with 1400 Key Boulevard, is a 2.10 acre urban infill development site in the heart of the Rosslyn submarket in Arlington, Virginia. The Properties were approved by the Arlington County Board in 2014, and will replace two existing 12-story office buildings located at 1400 Key (“Phase I”) and 1401 Wilson ("Phase II”).
Phase I is a 32-story 266,000 RSF LEED Silver residential tower and 40,000 RSF first-class urban grocery store on its ground floor. Phase II is a 29-story mixed-use tower comprised of 217,000 RSF residential over 195,000 RSF LEED Platinum office space with 13,000 RSF of retail space. Five levels of below grade parking, 787 parking spaces, will span the footprint of the site.
The new towers, designed by the prestigious Washington, DC based architecture firm, Shalom Baranes Associates, will flank a 1.25 acre public garden designed by renowned landscape architecture firm, Gustafson Guthrie Nichol, based in Seattle, WA.
