Monday Properties Inks Three New Rosslyn Leases

Rosslyn, VA - February 2, 2010 - CPS Healthcare Inc., ACT College and Health Communications Inc. have inked three deals totaling 28,000 square feet in Monday Properties’ Rosslyn office buildings.

Arlington-based CPS Healthcare, a health care information technology firm, will move into 12,400 square feet at 1401 Wilson Blvd. from its current offices at 1101 Wilson Blvd.

ACT College and Health Communications will both move into space at 1400 Key Blvd.

ACT will move from 1100 Wilson Blvd. and take 8,500 square feet in the new building, and Health Communications will take 7,800 square feet and move from 1101 Wilson Blvd.

All three tenants are currently in Monday Properties buildings with leases that expire in spring 2010. The new leases for all three organizations last for 10 years.

John Wharton and Rob Bowman managed the negotiations for Monday Properties, while Eugene Martin, Damon Rothman and Kerry Colclough of The Ezra Co. represented CPS Healthcare and Health Communications. Studley Inc.’s David Scheinberg represented ACT.
