Monday Properties, a dynamic national real estate investment firm, announced today that Yext, the leading Digital Knowledge Management (DKM) platform, will lease close to 43,000 square feet of space at 1101 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia. Yext’s arrival in Rosslyn is the latest example of innovative companies choosing to locate their operations in the Washington region, convenient to transportation, infrastructure and amenities that make the Rosslyn market so attractive.
As part of the transaction, Yext will have access to a private rooftop terrace that includes 6,000 square feet of outdoor space that can be used for client entertainment, events, and internal gatherings. The terrace offers stunning views of the Washington, D.C. monument core and Arlington. The space will be home to Yext’s major growth in the area, where it plans to hire five hundred people over the next five years.
