In this newly created role, Mr. Dreilinger will oversee all legal matters for the company.

Throughout his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dreilinger has completed over $10 billion in real estate transactions across multiple disciplines. Before joining Monday, Mr. Dreilinger was the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Gramercy Property Trust, a leading industrial REIT, where he provided legal counsel to the company’s investments, asset management, operations and project management teams in all matters of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development/build to suit, finance, loan compliance and large corporate tenant relations for the company and for the company’s institutional joint venture partners and third-party asset management clients.
Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Dreilinger was an Associate with Proskauer Rose in New York where, among other assignments, he represented Boston Properties in their $4 billion acquisition of the General Motors Building and 3 additional buildings from Macklowe Properties in 2008.
Mr. Dreilinger received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Dreilinger is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association.
