Monday Properties, a leading national real estate investment firm, announced the signing of three lease transactions at 1100 Wilson Boulevard, part of its “Towers” property in the Rosslyn submarket of Arlington, Virginia. The Health Management Academy (The Academy) is relocating its offices from Alexandria to Rosslyn with a 13,500 square foot lease. Trilogy Federal LLC will relocate its headquarters to 1100 Wilson leasing approximately 10,000 square feet at the building. Lastly, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. will expand its existing space at the Towers by 8,000 square feet, helping the company grow its broadcast television capabilities to over 110,000 square feet in total.
