Monday Properties Annouces Three New Leases At The Towers In Rosslyn Totaling 30,000 Square Feet

Monday Properties, a leading national real estate investment firm, announced the signing of three lease transactions at 1100 Wilson Boulevard, part of its “Towers” property in the Rosslyn submarket of Arlington, Virginia. The Health Management Academy (The Academy) is relocating its offices from Alexandria to Rosslyn with a 13,500 square foot lease. Trilogy Federal LLC will relocate its headquarters to 1100 Wilson leasing approximately 10,000 square feet at the building. Lastly, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. will expand its existing space at the Towers by 8,000 square feet, helping the company grow its broadcast television capabilities to over 110,000 square feet in total.

The Towers are ideally situated near the nation’s capital and government offices, making it a strong location for Trilogy’s headquarters to better serve its clients.

Monday Properties has just delivered the market’s newest, state-of-the-art 13,000 square foot wellness facility and gym, adding to the amenity-rich community. Additionally, construction is underway for celebrity chef Fabio Trabocchi’s award-winning pasta house restaurant, Sfoglina. The project includes space for outdoor seating, expanded food service, and catering for the Towers rooftop deck amenity.

For the Trilogy Federal LLC transaction, the tenant was represented by Benjamin Tydings-Smith and Andrew Smith of MGA. For the Health Management Academy transaction, the tenant was represented by David DeCamp and Kirk Boyd of Newmark Knight Frank.

The landlord was represented by Monday Properties’ John Wharton and Deniz Yener as well as JLL’s Herb Mansinne, Bob VeShancey, and Yorke Allen.
